उत्पाद वर्णन
Polyester georgette is a type of fabric made from polyester filament yarn. It is a type of imitation silk fabric with a matte surface. The surface of the georgette fabric is densely covered with fine and uniform wrinkles and obvious sand holes. Its characteristics are light and thin texture, elegant transparency, soft hand feel, good air permeability and drape.
Polyester georgette is commonly used to make women’s clothing such as dresses, tops, and skirts. Its light and airy texture makes it perfect for creating flowing garments that move beautifully with the body. It can also be used to make accessories such as scarves and headscarves.
One of the advantages of polyester georgette over natural silk georgette is its durability and ease of care. Polyester georgette is resistant to wrinkles and shrinkage, and can be machine washed and dried. It is also less expensive than natural silk georgette, making it a more affordable option for those looking to achieve the elegant look of silk without the high cost.
When caring for polyester georgette garments, it is important to follow the care instructions on the label. In general, polyester georgette can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the fabric. Ironing should be done on a low heat setting with a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.
